Scratchpack FAQ


Privacy & Security: All Itchyclips.com pages which traffic personal and payment information are encrypted and SSL-secured. Itchyclips values customer privacy and will never share email addresses with a third party.
Payment, Pricing, and download information: All scratchpacks on this site cost €5 plus VAT if you are based in the European Union. That means German residents must pay an additional 19% MWST, U.K. residents must pay an additional 17.5% VAT, etc. Upon purchasing your pack, you will have 5 opportunities to download your scratchpack.
Viewing Orders: To view your current pending orders, click here or click on "My Cart" at the top of the screen.
Viewing Order History: To view your order history, click here or click on "My Account" at the top of the screen.
Updating Account Information: If you wish to upgrade your account information, click here or click on "My Account" at the top of the screen to access your Dashboard. On the Dashboard, you can view and modify your password, your E-mail address, your newsletter subscriptions, and your billing address.

Refund Policy: We will ensure that any defective files will be fixed and provided free of charge to the customer.
As per German law (§ 312 d Abs. 4 BGB), downloads are not subject to refunds.
- Das Widerrufsrecht ist ausgeschlossen bei Verträgen über die Lieferung von Waren, die aufgrund ihrer Beschaffenheit nicht für eine Rücksendung geeignet sind (z.B. Downloads etc.)
Im Übrigen gelten die gesetzlichen Ausnahmen gemäß § 312 d Abs. 4 BGB.
