The Display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and Itchyclips shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the downloads from us. A buying contract will only become effective, if you receive an order-confirmation from us.

3. Delivery

Your chosen items will be available to download as soon as you make your payment.

4. Payment

Payment can be made through by credit card (Mastercard, Visa) or by PayPal. All EU customers must pay an addition VAT in addition to the advertised price. VAT will be calculated at the end of the checkout process.

5. Return / Exchange Policy

Downloads are not subject to any legal return policy in Germany (aka Gesetzliches Widerrufsrecht). However, we will ensure that the files that you download are functioning according to the specifications on the product page.

6. Withholding / Charging Back of Payments

The purchaser can only withhold payments, if he is legally and officially entitled to claims out of the same contract or if Itchyclips gives a formal acknowledgment of such claims.
